About Flute Guild
Created in the fall of 2016 by Hilary Janysek and James Thompson, the Flute Guild was created to serve as a place of community for all flutists -- from beginners to professionals -- within the Ball State campus and beyond.

What are
we?
The Flute Guild at Ball State is a group of musicians who all come together and play the flute. We are a creative outlet, providing opportunities for performance, fundraising, community-building, leadership and education.
We are students, faculty, and people from around the Ball State and Muncie area. We hail from a wide range of occupations and areas of study who find community through are shared love of the flute.
